New to me Lathe

I picked up a new to me Jet JML-1014I from Craigslist for $80 :biggrin: yesterday. It has been used only 3 times. She even through in a pen mandrel and a couple of pin kits and bushings. Now I can dedicate my little 1/4hp PSI/Harbor freight lathe for finishing

Can you buy a VS upgrade. I looked last night and couldn't find a conversion kit.
