The idea is sound... The fee structure for selling is really good. I like the layout too... There is only 2 issues I see:
1) Traffic - until the buyer volume can go up, its gonna be tough.
2) Paypal - What happens with seller/buyer protection (and thats only assuming the money can be transfered from their paypal to yours without additional fees?) It would be much better if the checkout system directly tied to your paypal, not theirs.

In a perfect world #2 wouldn't matter... but what happens with the first disputes?
