This will be my new shop for the next two or three years. It's 325 sq-ft, currently I am working out of my house which was the old kitchen which is 88 sq-ft. I have plenty of 120v outlets and one 240v outlet for the new lathe. I will be moving in once I get back from Raleigh pen show.

That's guys. Yes no windows except for the doors. That way if customers want to see the process they can look in. There is a storefront to the building not my store but my pens. With the t5 lights I am going to need sunglasses to work in there. Once I get back from Raleigh I'll decide what type of lathe I'll be buying. I went to the Haas showroom fell in love with their swiss lathe but at 350k not so much.

I plan out my business 5 years out. Hopefully, I will be needing a bigger shop. After the 3 year mark I review that is happening with my business and what shifts I need to make. Sometimes they are made for you and you have to react our times you can be proactive. Also, the our reason this a leased space and down the road I would like my own space.

We are looking out in your direction Dan. At first we saw it a rush decision to buy a home with land now we can take our time and figure out where out last home will be.

Right now no plans for any wall treatments. I kind like the look of it also. Buy the time all the shelves are up and the equipment is in your will not notice the walls.

Cool. This is a nice place to live and you can can a good size property for a reasonable price.
