I've been thinking and researching for well over two years on adding a CNC to my tool arsenal.

Well I took the plunge (with a little "nudge" from some friends on IAP ), the TAIG 4 axis mill arrived and I'm ready for a new journey

One of a number of applications I plan to use the mill for is to "fuse" jewelry design with a pen design and other art forms that I create.

My new addition to the studio

I just ordered mine as well-- this is what I got though

Had it modified with a 250mm Z height and a bigger more powerful spindle-- bed working area is 24 x 30

The price was too good to pass up.

Wow,
That's a nice grab with a nice size workspace. The one I purchased is targeted towards making jewelry. What CAD & CAM will you be using?
