Greetings. I'm new to pen turning but as I guess many folks are, I'm very excited about the prospects. I took a class a few weeks ago and found it relaxing & rewarding. Looking forward to learning and passing along the fun to my 10 year old.
Thanks to the volunteers who keep this excellent site running and I look forward to learning from the "masters".

Greetings from WA state. I'm new to the association, (joined today) but have been turning for about 10 years. I still turn a lot of pens, finding it fun and often challenging.
This looks like a great place to learn more and just chat with fellow Turners.

Greetings to all. Although I joined sometime back, issues kept me from turning and getting involved. The only thing I've turned are pens and find it most relaxing and a bit of fun. Been retired for a few years as a paper pusher and looking to expand into a new area.
