Hi,
I've been searching your forum for awhile for information and I decided to join. I have been making pens for a couple of years as a hobby and really enjoy working on the lathe. You have a great group here with some great information so I hope I can add to the discussion as time goes on. This morning I had negative 13 on the thermometer so I figure it's a good time of year to be busy in the shop making pens.

Be sure to click on 'local chapters'...(under forums. first colume near bottom, scroll down and find Minnesota)
Feb. meeting is the 15th. Information will be posted there.
Sounds like Brian is going to give us some "Knotty" information.
