I am fairly new to pen turning and actually just got hired to work at the Cincinnati Rockler Woodworking & Hardware store because I was always in there buying supplies. 
I look forward to learning from all of the seasoned pen turners on this site. I am wondering if it is safe to use denatured alcohol to clean up an acrylic pen blank after sanding it and prior to polishing it.
