Need you opinion on pen design

I am making some 50th anniversary pens (I know it's a year late)... My question is: Should I wrap it like a cigar band or put it on lengthwise? This is a proto-type slimline now. Thinking of a wall st or sierra.

I for one am not a fan of turning a pen sideways to read what it says. I would go for cigar style.

My choice is lengthwise. When a person is writing with the pen, they will be able to see nearly all of the logo. If it were placed on cigar style, only half (or less) of the logo would be visible at any one time.

I would wrap it like a cigar band. That way you could see the main part of the band without turning the pen. That's also how the cigar people do it.
