Need pen parts for repair

I have 2 broken pen parts and haven't got any response from pen state industries with my request?
#1 - Victorian Antique Brass Gold Pen Kit needs the "Mechanism".
#2 - 30 Caliber Bolt Action Chrome Bullet Cartridge Pen Kit needs the "Rotate Bolt".

Pictures of what I need below.
Has anyone had this problem? I suppose that I have to call them.
I'm new at this and broke both parts due to not knowing how to dissemble. A learning experience!

Afternoon, My first thought is 'why were you dissembling the bolt pen?' If you need to adjust the bolt, the screw in the centre of the head just needs loosening, but you don't need to take it apart. Second thought is that the mechanism for the twist pen is universal - so anyone stocking spares will be able to supply one - or even buy a cheap 7mm pen kit - the twist mechanism will most likley fit - just check that the tube diameter is the same for both pens.

Check PSI resellers for parts. I would start with Exoticblanks.com or Classicnib.com . Call PSI customer service. The parts you need should not be difficult to find.
Do a good turn daily!

That is my thoughts also PSI hasn't responded to my emails, calling them is my next step.
To everyone else, one I dropped (30 cal pen) the other one I tried to take apart because the turned wood broke during assembly. I didn't take the mechanical part out first. Wrecked it!
 
Exotics will support the pens we sell. Providing parts is time consuming and requires "trashing" a perfectly good kit to get the part. We do this for our customers, but if you bought your products from someone else, please get your parts from them, as well.

I learned a long time ago that within two days before a major holiday, and the day immediately after, plus any Monday, or Friday afternoon, is not a good day for emails to get a quick reply, or even customer service. And when Mondays are holidays or the "observed" holiday, Tuesday will a very the busy time of order. Wait til Wednesday of this week to expect a reply, or to call them.

Orders come first generally and with senior/tenured employees being first in line to taking the day off before a holiday or the day after a holiday, there might be a shortage of workers trying to wrap up existing business or orders, and that becomes the priority for those on the job. Mondays (and today is Monday, the observed holiday of July 4th) don't expect to be able to contact them tomorrow either. You "may" get them, but by and large, they will be swamped with orders from over the weekend. Mondays and the day after a holiday is when "All hands on deck"are called to handle the long weekend of orders backing up. They are not Home Depot or Lowes open every day.

I am not associated with any retail company, but that has been my observed experience and it has been considerable when it comes to contacting companies.

I can relate to Lon H with the bolt action. I had a few bolt actions that I felt that I hadn't turned the blanks enough and they ended up looking too fat for my taste. Of course i decided this after I had assembled the pen. A number of them, the bolt section broke while trying to disassemble.

Yep - done that. I bought a supply of replacement tubes and cut the pen up - that way the interesting bits are useable.
