I made a dumb assuption (oxymoron?) and need to get a set of bushings for Jr. Gent II and Jr. Statesman II by Saturday 4/21. Has anyone got a set I could buy or borrow that I could get to from Columbus in an hour or so? I'd be happy to pay cash or I've got some great buckeye blanks to trade.

I have some slightly used that I could overnight to you if it gets to that point.
No need to trade anything.
 
Chris, I think Randy's idea is the best. Just use a couple of pieces of Corian (or similar) and turn them to the specs. My only Jr. Gent bushings are for the version I, or I'd let you borrow mine.
 
One weekend I wanted to make a cigar and didn't have bushings; I turned a set of hardwood.
It took longer than making the pen. But less than it'll take you to get 'em from someone else.

I called CSUSA and they informed me the shipping cost for the bushings overnight Saturday delivery would be over $50. Sounds like I will make some bushings tomorrow.
