Need help/advice on sending an invoice

Help!!!
I sold my first pen over the net, and the buyer wants me to send an invoice. I have never done that before.

I had a pen listed on e-bay that didn't sell. A couple of weeks after the sale expired, I got an e-mail through e-bay wanting to know if the pen is still for sale. I said yes, and we went back and forth about the price. I got a message through e-bay that they'll take the pen, and to send them an invoice.

From what I gather from Paypal, I need their e-mail to send an invoice. All I got from the messages is their user name. I was able to go through a copy in my mail program and get an e-mail address.

How should I handle this? I think I can handle the shipping labels ok, I just need to know how to send them an invoice, and maybe get their shipping info.

If you have Paypal, you will need their email address. Just request money or send an invoice through Paypal.

Go to paypal click on Request Money - then on create an invoice

fill in their email address where it's called for and fill in the lines for the items then click submit.... easy.
