I need some software that will allow me to put 2 separate scans (right side/left side) into 1 image. I had some on my old computer but it's long gone and I forgot to copy it off. It also has to be cheap. Another answer would be someone who has it and I could send a couple "jpeg" files and they could combine them and send back. Thanks for any help.

I've seen this kind of software before can't think of the name of it. Often a free version will come with a camera, scanner or printer, along with other picture processing software for the same.

You might check the CD's that came with anything like that you might have on hand and see what you find.

newlondon88 thanks for the offer. I couldn't remember that it was called "stitching" software. I went on the web and found some free downloads so I will try them first. If it doesn't work you'll be hearing from me. The pattern I'm trying to "stitch" is for stained glass that I need to import into another program I do have so I can modify the line drawings then add glass colors etc to get a rough idea what it might look like. At the least it tells me how much of each color glass I need. Thanks again. Love your molds.

I have some software that came with my Canon that allows me to join pics and does a great job of it. I took 4 pics at Yorktown of the battlefield and it stitched them together nicely but the same white truck was in all 4 shots which gives us a laugh when we loof at it.
Search google for Canon Photo Stitch and you can download it for free from Canon.

Scott, as I recall, the free software from Avery also offers the option of grouping pics into various collages. Seems like you can select various size groups that will fill a print page, and then select random pics for each box or same pic for all boxes. This may be of some help or may not; thought I would drop it in.
