Butterfly Photo has it for $169.
I have bought 2 cameras from Butterfly and have been very happy with them. I just buy the camera ONLY - get your memory cards, batteries, and whatever someplace else.[]

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that one of the two cameras that I had bought, I use mainly for taking pen pics. It's an older model, the A520, but it's more than enough for taking photos for the web. In fact, I specificly bought the older model because it is inexpensive and has manual controls.
