Any one here use Neat Desk?
I won a Neat Desk kit at the company picnic a couple of months a go, and I've started using it for the home bills/recepts and now the pen and wood business
I kinda like it, it's easier then entering everything in manually like for the other accounting programs I have to use for the other businesses I have.
I also can scan in the kit instructions, not that I need them but once in a while I might need to look at something. It's handy I can just look on the computer and they are all in one place and go to the one I need and open it, don't have to look through piles of instruction sheets.
It imports and exports to quicken (Quick Books) so I might tie it into the other businesses, then I just scan my purchase receipts, and invoices and I don't have to type all that stuff in.
We will see how it goes.
