Wanted Nashville Predators (Ice Hockey) Blank

Anyone know where I might be able to get a blank (or two) with a Nashville Predators logo? Or, if not that, perhaps a hockey player? My step-daughter got married this summer and I now have a grandson who is a huge hockey fan. Thought I might be able to fix him up with a pen.
