Made from wood I would like a name plaque that is 15 3/4 L x 2 1/4 H x 1/2 D deminisions in USA inches. I want it to say in some stylized grooved lettering "Smitty's Pens" (no quotes on the plaque) three 1/8 holes drilled evenly spaced across the length about 1/4 inch up from the bottom. Made from wood - it will not be subject to weather. Redish Cherry is a close approximation of the color but it does not need to be exact. Tell me what you can do for me and give me an estimate of the cost or what you might want to trade.

Half inch thick more or less - not a hard number though a bit thicker or thinner would be ok - it could also have a radius on the ends
