I was looking for some lathe parts recently I had seen only 2 days before.

I told her about it & she asked me "Weren't you looking for something else the other day?"
I said yeah, I was & it hit me I saw those parts in a box just 2 days ago.

So, I went to that box, and there were my lathe parts.

Getting old & forgetful ain't for sissies. :redface:

been there, done that, didn't get the t-shirt

I lost a pencil the other day, looked for it for 15 minutes... the scratched my head to try and active another brain cell or two... there was my pencil behind my ear.

I think I have gremlins or aliens in my tiny workshop. I set down a tape measure one day, walked 5', came back & it was gone. Nowhere to be found.
I went back the next day & there it was, right where I left it.
