What do you do when your "1000" lb dolly fails uner a 500 lb load?
You make your table saw a mobile base.
Not my design. I copied one I found on the web.

Just the dolly wheels, 4 hinges, a 2x4 and some 1/2" steel conduit.

sounds like your table saw needs to go on a restricted diet, it's a bit too heavy....
