Slimlines are the hardest kits to get right ... especially the barrel ends.

You seem to be doing very well ... I too love the segmented one !!!

Yes sir. It's walnut and Purple Heart down the center. I don't know what the light colored wood is. It came from a scrap box.

Those look very nice! It is extremely difficult to get the nib to wood joint perfect on a Slim. Really, if you can make a perfect Slim, you can make anything.
