I'd like to thank the members who have pm'd me asking that I not leave the forum. Its not the first time I was gonna leave the forum. The members that contacted me don't know me that well and to receive messages from them wishing me to stay were very overwhelming. I wouldn't hold the greatest presence on the forum and why they would ask me to remain here is certainly odd as one of them I have never spoke to before on the forum.
I appreciate your kind words and I will continue to lurk around and comment on some of the great pens you guys turn.

I've just recently learned my cousin's husband passed away this weekend at 28 years of age, 2 years younger than me. He was a father to 4 beautiful kids, one of which wasn't his. I wasn't very close to him or his family, or kept regular contact. Just made me think there now, we are a very close knit bunch of people. We get worked up over the smallest of things. What if tomorrow we couldn't apologise to the ones we have upset for no reason at all? I hope we can all put our differences aside and appreciate the input each and every member has contributed to this great site, no matter how big or small and bring back our friends who have left because of our antics.

You are quiet right, none of us are guarented the next breath. By the way, thanks for not leaving or welcome back, which ever is correct.:biggrin:

Very well put. Life is short and we never know how quickly the end will come. For the last 18 years I have worked with terminal and chronically ill children. It has altered my perspective on life and how easily it is to say or do things that we can't take back. Glad you are staying around.
