My Pretty Wood Pen

I made this pen for my entry into the 'Pretty Wood Pen" contest. I took the photos in time, but because of some things that happened in my life at the time, I didn't get them entered into the contest.

It is made from Conkerberry Wood, and the kit used is one of the Lazerlinez Rollerballs. It has a full gloss CA finish ( BSI Supergold thin ) just doesn't look so glossy with my diffused LED lights.

I got a few slabs from Bob Wemm when I did a trade with him a couple of years back. There are cracks, but with careful cutting I am able to get clear blanks.
