My mystery kit identified

Yesterday I posted a picture of a pen kit that I had received in a trade and I didn't know which kit it was. Well, many thanks to all of you that responded and informed me it was a Jr. Gent 1. I have never attempted such a kit, but here is what I came up with.

Like the wood. Is that cocobolo? Picture needs more lighting. Did you like making the kit? I have only made the II series and like them. Good job.

Looks great. I have never made a jr gent 1 but i make a lot of the II's and really like them.

The wood is cocobolo and yes I really did enjoy making this. I think cocobolo is probably my favorite wood to work with. I apologize for the pictures, but I never try to insinuate that I'm a photagrapher.
