Does your head hurt...yet?
Well it might in a minute.

Who was the principal author of the United States Constitution , and is often called the "Father of the Constitution"?

And...

How is the second part of the three-age system associated to this person?

Now does your head hurt?

I would be happy to post the answer. As soon as I receive $8048, I will post the answer. I require $1 bills and please don't mail it; my mailman has a bad back and that would probably weigh close to 2.5 tons.

But then, IF I could SOLVE this mystery-----

I could be FAMOUS!!!
There would be statues of me everywhere!!!
Charlie would make a pen box cover (using his bronze color, I'm sure) memorializing the event!!

well ... James Madison ...
not sure about the three age system ... does it refer to a system of checks and balance ... executive, legislative and judicial ?

Don't send the answer yet, you'll only be number two, we are hoping for three decades less a pair to be Prize-worthy.

The only three age system that I could find was the archeological one- Stone age, Bronze age, Iron age. What that has to do with Madison, internal combustion engines, cobras, barracudas, fear of 13 and Fibonacci is beyond me.

Ben begins to assimilate.................................

Is MiteMoney in jeopardy??????????????

What is the NEXT question????????????????

No, no. I think you're onto something. If James Madison had a barracuda chuck he could have made a cobra skin pen which he could have used to bribe Ben Franklin to invent a time machine so he could go back to the stone age, bronze age and iron age and become clan chief in each age having dozens of children thereby propogating his genes to the entire human race. His descendents would have become his ancestors thus creating a temporal vortex drawing power from Fibonacci's fear of the number 13. This vortex would have pulled the inventor of the internal combustion engine back and forth through time...no wait...what was the question again?

Governor Morris of PA wrote the final draft incorporating everything into it and created the style. James Madison though is sometimes thought of as the father of the constitution. I think it must have been during the age of men which followed the age of the elves and hobbits since they are gone now. LOL. Who knows!

If you were handed his bill, you'd be very happy

are they still legal?

last seen in '33 and legal as hens teeth!
342 (mostly in the hands of collectors) are known to be in existance. and you are correct they are absolutely legal tender.

Leroy, what was meant was it was pulled from the open market in '33 all the rest are not seen by the average citizen & no one knows for sure how many are in the hands of collectors, not only legal but worth much more than it's original vaue.

Not as happy as I would be with one of those Woodrow Wilson dollars!

Someday, I'm gonna get me a "Woody Dollar", there are still a few Madison "dollars" around. There were only ever 6 "woody dollars" and two of those were proofs. They are THE Holy Grail of collectors

Andy, I'm with you on the Wilson bill! But it's the wrong answer.

It appears this group (all of us) is FULL of answers, too bad no one has a CLUE about the right QUESTION!!

MiteMoney is safe again (along with the Bakelite "kicker" that Roy added).

Come on people lets all put our thoughts together there are thousands....ok maybe not thousands but that Bakelite kicker is 17 inches long, got to be worth some digging for the question....... er... answer:wink:

I was just clowning. Are we to post answers here are pm them somewhere? Is it cast in stone or Bronze somewhere how to post answers?

I would like to say I am taking the ANSWERS and will determine the winner.

But, presently it would be more accurate to say I have received a handful of GUESSES and ONE answer.

To further reduce your self-esteem, Roy and I both got the answer, independent of each other, two days ago. But don't feel bad----we are both OLD!!!

Newer brains need more clues, I guess.

Winner (the 28th correct answer) gets an Exotics gift cert ($25) and, if you can give us the significance of 28 in the context of this contest, you will also win Roy's Bakelite Kicker!!!

So far, the prizes look VERY safe.

I don't think those were ever legal out in the public.. they were only for
interbank transfers.. but with only 6, I guess it wouldn't matter

Well, it's "Gouverneur" Morris (a name, not a title). And he "wrote" the constitution in the sense that he performed the secretarial duty of writing the words in their final form for signature. I think he may have been the first to sign it as well. He's also believed to have written the preamble and some of the other sections. But Madison was the driving force behind the concepts of the constitution and is very widely (and properly) regarded as the father of the constitution. Not only for his work in creating the constitution itself, but also for laying the foundation for constitutional law as we know it through the Federalist Papers.

No clue what the "ages" thing refers to.

The information I found said 342 are known. That usually is referring those know to be in specific museums or in the hands of specific collectors or government archives, it didn't address how many more might survive that the whereabouts are unknown.
