My first segmented pen.

I am a total beginner at pen turning, I only have made 10 pens so far, but I thought it was time to make my first segmented pen.

It is made of beech and rosewood with a little accent of an old membership card. It's tricky to turn at the border from the hard rosewood to the soft beech, but the result is nice, I think.
The pen is finished with 8 layers of CA glue.

Nice joints and shape. The color contrast is much bolder than I would have used but overall very well done.
