I was asked by a customer to make a pen with pink/purple hardware. After searching and sending out emails to suppliers, I found none in existence (in Canada atleast). However I did find something that I thought would suit her needs colour wise.

Quite pleased with how this looks.

Thank you! It's a great community. I tend to lurk more than post, trying to get better with posting though.

The thing about posting is that it helps people get to know you a little bit, and when that happens you get some interesting and helpful responses to anything that you do post. . The result then is that you learn a little bit, and you feel like posting some more. .. Positive feedback !!

I expect you will get some admiration for your very interesting pen "stand" with the antler ... rather unusual and very interesting !! . Well done !!

Thanks everyone. That antler stand was paired with an antler pen I also turned and just shipped out after that post.

I was gifted the set of antlers from a colleague and in return, he received a pen and stand for his gift.

Now I must make a new stand, but that's not a problem.
