My first laser inlay

Figured I'd start off with something easy. Everything went pretty well and the pen turned out nice. Finish is CA/BLO (no Micromesh)

Wow..very nice!!!! Can you tell me how you cut the pen blank to fit the inlay? I'm also trying mt hand at inlay but I cant figure out how to cut the pocket.
