So, here's my first two kitless pens. Both with bodies of vintage cellulose acetate I snagged from great members here on the forum.
The clicker is smooth as silk thanks to Mbroberg giving me a clicker. The one I got was grabby and not functioning properly. I still have to shorten the nose cone a tiny bit now that the clicker is working properly. It's vintage red chunk cellulose acetate and alumilite for the black accent and nose cone.
The rollerball has a few minor problems that are a result of learning the process! The nose cone, finial and end cap are aluminum. The body is vintage cellulose acetate and the cap is alumilite.
These clicker was done on my wood lathe. The roller ball was done almost exclusively on my "vintage" metal lathe, which is also the first project I've done with a metal lathe
