This is my first Bullet Pen inspired by Eagle. It is a 30-06 case necked down to 7MM. The antler is elk. Let me know what you think (good or bad). I filled the antler with CA, sanded to 12000 MM, polished with Mylands friction polish and then polished with Ren Wax.
Thanks for looking. PS. Sorry for the picture being so big. Thought it was small enough.[:I]
Very nice, Eagle has started a trend! I really like the way you finished the center portion of the pen.
I didn't start the trend ISAW A PICTUREand decided to make my own,
I beieve it was Don Ward and/or Tom Mcmillan that got me into them.

Nice job. I think I will try a bullet pen one of these days. It is a good conversation piece.
Leatherman, you can buff and polish your brass, it will remove the scratchs. [:)]
On the casings I had plated I ran them all the way through the MM.
The Jeweler hit them with rouge.
Mirror finish.

I sand and buff the brass shell casing and powdercoat them with clear powdercoating which will never come off. The brass will stay shinny and bright. I have a 45 auto pistol cartridge powdercoated that I have carried in my change pocket for over a year now and no scratches and it is as shinny as ever. Some shells I have PC'ed black.

Eagle: what do you have them plated with? Gold I assume?

do a good turn daily!
Don
