my CA finish is cracking

finished my Cambridge few weeks ago with ca finish, the blank was ankrom exotics and it came out insanely beautiful. it was fine and yesterday i opened the box to show it and guess what, the ca finish is cracked everywhere. i was heartbroken,anyne familiar with this issue?i made tons of ca finish and never had this problem.

Pic? There could be several causes. Without any additional info, my first guess is that the wood has moved which has caused the crack. This is especially prevalent in cross cut, angle cut, and burls where there is a significant amount of end grain on the surface. If this is the case, this is the time of year when it will happen.

I've had this happen when the blank wasn't fully dry. As it dried the wood shifted cracking the finish above it.

I think it's just inherent to the CA finish. I've had it happen with stabilized woods. It's just too brittle for a finish on a pen.
