I just placed a huge mug order! I took your input from the mug polls here and here, applied my usual windage and friction, and I hope you'll all like what we're getting. Thanks for all your input!
We'll have some small mugs (12 oz) some big mugs (16 oz) and some BIG MUGS (20 oz, beer steins actually, although some of you will call them "medium sized coffee mugs")
There will also be desk cups (i.e. pen/pencil cups) sized between the tall one from 2011 and the short one from 2012.
Colors - you'll have to wait, but based on what I know to be popular and the color poll, I think everyone will find something pleasing.
There will be a limited quantity of an item which is not a stoneware mug, but which is a vessel of some type. That's all I'm going to say! :devil:
Many of you have enjoyed some aggressive bidding on the one (sometimes two) "managers mugs" we auction. These are the special edition mugs I give to our managers, and this years is very special and there will definitely be only ONE available. So get those 4-digit bids warmed up! :biggrin:
I think this will be the last year for a few with the large variety of mugs. The selection has expanded based on me trying to please the widest range of tastes. It has become just barely manageable for me to get them out to you in a timely manner. So get your favorite this year!
I hope to have them in-hand by the middle of January, and if they arrive we'll start the selling early.
