We have had our home for sale a year now. We finally got another interested party. Turns out he is a real estate investor. He played us up and down after we lowered the price to an unacceptable amount. Finally told him to get lost.
Told the guy that we were adding a $5,000.00 PITA fee and the next time he contacted us it is with signed escrow instructions with full price deposited into escrow.
Just ranting, there is nothing anyone can do about it. :umbrella:

PITA fee

Love the idea of PITA fee. Can think of several instances I would like to add this fee to an invoice or deduct from a bill. My new health insurance company comes to mind first.

Like the idea of the PITA fee... back when I was working, with difficult customers, I routinely added in "Nuisance" fees - disguised of course - more difficult the customer, the bigger the fee.

I am surprised that anyone caught the 'PITA" fee.
