More pepper mills

for the upcoming market... I finished these 9 mills this week... finally got them photographed and listed on ETSY.
34-3656 is Bubinga and Wenge with Maple accent - 10" tall
34-3657 is Wenge, Ash with purpleheart accent - 12" tall
34-3658 is pau santo wiand spectraqply crossbone - 9 1/4" tall
34-3659 is spectraply tigerwood and satinwood -- might have been better if I had used a narrower board for the celtic cross? - 10" tall
34-3660 is a series of stacked blocks of scrap wood - 9 3/4" tall
34-3661 is purpleheart around a maple core - 9 3/4" tall
34-3662 is Beeswing Ipe and spectraply buckskin - 10 1/2" tall
34-3663 is a glue of of multiple woods, 9 1/2 inches tall
34-3664 is just cherry - 8" tall

All are finished with 2 coats Old Master Sanding sealer, smoothed with Yorkshire grit, then 3 coats of Wipe on poly and buffed with Carnuba

Thanks to Chuck & him sharing his knowledge, I am starting my first pepper mill. I have it 1/2 way rounded, I am taking my time since I am not sure I'm doing it right.
The carbide tools I got from Hanau make life a lot easier than trying my steel tools though.
I am learning as I go, and it's definitely teaching me patience. I don't want to ruin the nice piece of Butternut I am using, so I'd rather go slow & not screw it up.
Butternut sure turns nicely though, especially with sharp carbide tipped tools.
