Greetings from Nebraska. Another pleasant surprise from Contemp WoodArt. My most recent package from them contained a gratis 3/4 x 5-inch Stone Hopea Burl blank and a Black and White Ebony blank, both of which are new timbers to me. I think it is a fantastic use of freebies as I would probably never have considered buying either of these before, but now that I actually having a piece I can see, touch, feel, and turn, I may be getting more of these from them in the future. - Dave

I was introduced to their turning stock through their eBay Store: https://www.ebay.com/str/Contemp-WoodArt.
Their website is http://www.contempwoodart.com and the contact information they list is info@contempwoodart.com.
They are originally from Laos, therefore most of the burls that I have gotten from them are specialty woods found primarily in Southeast Asia.

Regards,
Dave
