That is what I call marketing genius!
Really? My first thought was "How stupid was this decision? It has nothing to do with their product line or competencies.

This is not aimed at the curmudgeon crowd.

As word gets out it will bring a younger more tech savvy demographic to their site to see it. They might also look around like I did. Never been to their site. I also have a feeling this is the start of a much larger push toward the younger set. If not it should be.

My post wasn't made as a curmudgeon. It was based on my business education and experience and it was specific as to whether this was a good marketing decision by MB.

The fact is, I do think that WorldSecond is a cool concept and think that it would be an awesome marketing decision by some other company. It seems like a poor fit for MB, however, which was the point of my post.
 
This is old technology. We had the same thing done on our church photo directory. The company took all the photos of our members and overlaid it on the photo of our church.

Looks good.
