Love the pen Dave. Did you make the blank and if so did you line up the shreds on purpose to get you the bill rings at the bottom and top?

The blank came from Rockler.
I cut and glued part of a dollar bill to the tube to cover it up. This one happened to be the center of the dollar bill, so George's face is in there somewhere. Used a larger drill bit to drill the hole in the blank and still had to use a file to get the hole large enough to accept the tube with the dollar bill glued to it.

Yes I am.....I can tell because the ratio of the grip to the cap is smaller than the standard Le Roi Elegant.
