This is my latest effort. The tip and top are solid brass and joined to the blank at 45deg. It was tricky getting the correct size holes in the tip for the refill. The beauty about this is that the brass and the acrylic can be buffed up together. Just need to figure out a way to make a clip. I didn't bother polishing this much as there is a bad flaw around the back.[:I] I think I'll try and put an angled CB on the next one. Good learning curve and fun as well though.
