I was drilling my paper bark pen blank and i don't think it was tightly clamped so it stuck onto the drill bit, i took it off and tried drilling it again but i was off center a little and there's a little crevice in the blank
could i still glue my pen tube into it? will the glue fill that crevice? Thanks

I would use epoxy and if the crevice is no deeper than finished material thickness you should be ok. If this were acrylic, definitely reverse paint the blank interior.

Sounds like alternative is toss the blank so I would give it a try. You can always turn the material off if you need to re-use the tube.

Depends on the pen your making and the amount of material you have to turn off. If you have excess, in case its not centered its no problem. I would use either gorilla glue which expands into the voids or 2 part epoxie and make sure you fill the void with epoxie as well as coating the tubes. Using a toothpick or cottonswab will get it into the void.
