There is always the possibility that maybe he's just ignoring you!

Bill, I am not ignoring you or ANYONE for that matter. I did get your e-mail through my website yesterday. Was tied up the past 10 days with a friend in town and will reply today. As for the PM here, I must have missed it or overlooked it. I get a TON of PMs dealing with IAP stuff and typically do not do business type stuff through PM due to that so I am glad you e-mailed. Look for an e-mail from me today. Sorry about that!
