Meet an IAP member today

I wanted to go up up Indianapolis today for the gathering of the Indy IAP group, but I have done about 5,000 miles in the last month and a half and was not up for another 300 mile round trip. So I went to the Christkindmarkt show in Ferdanand IN and Randy (rkimey) and his wife Lois doing the show there.

Randy and Lois had a great booth there that looked really good. They had a huge variety of pens there from wood, lasers, steampunk, acrylic, gator jawbone and many more. He must have had 5-600 pens.

It was nice meeting Randy and his wife and he is close enough that I am sure we will get together once the show season slows down.

IAP is a great place to meet new friends and great people.

For a second option for the day, you did well Mike! It sounds like a nice meet-up!

The Indy meeting was fun. I displayed the IAP Collection and yakked for 30 minutes about it's background, and the reception was great.

Love the trip to Indy - today the 4 hr drive was much needed; talking to myself was very helpful... :wink:

Mike, I'm glad you got to meet Randy. Ernie and I have talked about going to visit him for two years now. Just haven't found the right time. But I'm sure we will someday. Hopefully, you'll get to the Spring meeting.
