Today I have several sets of pen blanks for sale.
Sets #1 to #7: Cuban Mahogany crotch...very dense wood blanks (much harder than Honduran Mahogany)...some of them with amazing feather-like figure. 7/8" X 5-1/4". Price is $20 each set.
Set #8: Lignum Vitae two tone blanks. Extremely hard (sap. is as hard as heartwood) ...nice and rare figure and colors. The short blank is a crotch with amazing figure. 13/16" X 5". Price is $20.
Sets #9 and #10: Imbuya pen blanks ...medium density wood with a nice spicy aroma...some 100% heartwood and some two tone blanks. 13/16" X 5-1/8". Price is $20 each set.
Sets #11 and #12: Pheasant wood. A Very rare and hard wood ...its figure resemble the feathers of the Pheasant. 13/16" x 5-1/8". Price is $20 each set.
Sets #13 and #14: Blue Mahoe. Amazing two tone blanks. 7/8" X 5-1/8". Price is $20 each set.
Sets #15 and #16: Black Olive wood (aka Oxhorn Bucida)...very, very very hard and dense. 7/8" X 5-1/8". Price $20 each set.
Sets #17 to #20: Maga (Thespecia grandiflora). Very hard wood... this tree only grows here in PR. A very valuable wood mainly used for fine furniture and artisan work. Once you apply finish, its color is from chocolate to almost black. Sets 17 and 18 are 7/8" X 5-1/4" and sets 19 and 20 are 3/4" X 5-1/4". $20 each set.
