They are the same handles although the Toothbrush brass tube is 10 mmm longer, i actually made them the same length for this kit.
The heads are interchangable and can be swapped , the toothbrush comes with 3 heads and they screw in as does the Mach 3 head.

comes with 3 brushes per kit & they are screw in and can be interchanged with the Mach 3 if required.
