Please save me from the fate of having to call the 'overseas IBM helpdesk' :rolleyes:

I asked someone in our office to email me a very large file ( over 350meg ) which she did. Of course, this took me over my database quota limit so I just copied the attachments to a file and then deleted them from Notes.

How can I now hurry Notes to reset so I can send emails? I can receive them no probs but just can't send till there's enough space. I just keep getting the stupid message that I'm over my limit till I either archive or delete stuff.
I deleted them about 6 hours ago, but it still says I'm over my quota and can't send until I'm under my limit? It's almost 8pm here and I can't call my office for help.

Do I really have to wait till our local server and perhaps our international 'Pass Through' servers have reset or is there something I can do.
I've 'Replicated' a dozen times already. :frown:

I haven't used notes for quite some time, so I'm a little rusty on the interface. Is there a deleted messages folder? If so you may be able to go into it and delete it immediately.
