Looking for Mezzaluna / Ulu / Hash Knife blade kit (USA)

Greetings from Nebraska.

Does anyone know of a company that sells the blade only or a blade/ferrule kit for a Mezzaluna / Ulu knife? I want to make a couple of custom Ulu style (single handle) knives - sort of like the Hash Knife that Kent Rollins uses and sells.
