Hi,

I am trying to make a large sanding board (24"x24") and would like to use adhesive backed sandpaper. Can anyone recommend a good vendor for such a thing? for sandpaper in general? Sometimes I am in need of something other than the 9X11" sheets from HD.

Thanks!
Chris

I'm not sure what your application is but I usually just use some spray adhesive and attach standard sheets of sandpaper. I keep a board near my lathe that I use to sharpen my skew.

Go to your local skateboard shop......they sell the big sheets of peel and stick that kids use for their boards, except the grit is fairly course, about 120-180.

I too am not sure what you are doing but if you have thinner strips why not just butt them together. Or do as suggested with spraying the back of a full sheet with spray adhesive.
