Looking for blanks with fishing flies

I have a coworker who is retiring and is an avid fisherman. I am looking for blanks with fly fishing flies embedded in the blanks. Pen style doesn't matter, I will take whatever is available. Retirement date is 4 months from today.

I haven't ventured into casting or decals. With work and other commitments, I won't have time to make the blanks myself before I need the pen.
