Looking for a Shopsmith collett adapter

I have a flat stud on the SS now that uses an allen head screw. I need something like the PSI mandrel adapter to fit so I can get a collett set. I can PM some pictures if needed. Not to expensive PLEASE...

Use it with the Beall collet chuck or any 8TPI chuck. Works well.
