So this is going to be a long weekend, I started out going to the gathering of the vibes at Seaside Park on thursday night and got home around 3am, friday I got up at 7am and went to work until 5pm and then went back to the park, I got home around 2:30 am and had to get up at 6am to go do a show today. The show was average and then met the parents for a quiet dinner and now home for a little while to play with the dogs and then back to the park(great music), I should be home again around 4:30 am and then back to the park for 9am to listen to the tunes until around 9pm. Work on monday is going to be a drag. This early retirement is rough....LOL

Ain't that the truth....right after my early retirement I had so much going on that I often wondered how I ever found time to go to work before I retired.

Neil,enjoy it while you're still young!:wink::biggrin::redface:

And I guess I won't bother you until later next week.

I retired early and didn't seem to have enough time to get things do, so I got another job. Now I have an excuse for not getting things done again. Helps my conscience

Hey Neil,tell me more about this gathering of the vibes. I'm guessing it's alot of vibratone music.Right? Haven't heard those in a long time.

Last night Bob Weir was the headliner and tomorrow is Little Feet, it is just a bunch of bands playing music all day and night. It would be great if they could keep the drugs to a minimum but that isn't going to happen so I just ignore it. Check out the site and see what the bands are... www.govibes.com

It's sort of like a mini make believe Woodstock, tomorrow is a bunch of reggae.

Neal, you've made me tired, think I'll hit the sack early tonight wake up late tomorrow, then a nap at noon....ahhhh this full retirement sure fits me well. Now next week end a different story a show 700 miles away...

I'll be thinking of you while I'm at the show on the other side of town, about 10 minutes away....LOL

Time for me to head back to the park and hear some tunes, you'll stay peaceful (damn hippy crap is getting into my head). A lot of people there must have low blood sugar or something, the way they are handing out sugar cubes and brownies.....LOL
