Been ordering repeatedly as of late... woods, acrylics, kits, supplies, etc.
But 1 Kallenshaan kit came with 1 piece missing. Mike took care of me, and
contacted them and got me the missing piece. The missing piece was shipped in a comparatively huge box for protection too.
Plus ALWAYS fast shipping and has refunded excess shipping when it's less than calculated - something I never expected. Mike and Saundra (hope I spelled that right - hate getting people's name wrong) are great to deal with!
