Like all pen turners, I have lots of scraps from pen blanks. I have a lot of small planks from ripping the length of oversized blanks. Since PSI has post office box doors, I bought one of the larger size, made a small box around it from 1/2 inch plywood and Gorilla glued the scraps to the box. I removed the glass window and replaced it with more scraps, inlaying my grandson's initials. It still needs another coat of varnish, and I should probably clean up the brass some more but I took this picture at it's present stage.
