Any one here know of a live MT2 taper for the tailstock? Was wanting to put something in a chuck on both ends of the lathe with the tailstock end rotating with the headstock.

Another option, if you have a Oneway style live center is the Oneway Revolving Center Chuck Adapter

You install this onto the Oneway Live Center, then thread your chuck onto the adapter
I have not checked the live centers that come with the larger Jet lathes and Powermatics which look like the Oneway Live Center but since they have the same 3/4x10 threads should work as well.
You can see the progression of live center in tailstock, adapter installed then chuck installed
